Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GripOnz. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange an item, please contact us at info@griponz.com.


We’ll help arrange an exchange if the desired item is in stock. If not, we’ll issue a refund once the return is received.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@griponz.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Socks

  • Shin pad sleeves
